CHALLENGE & SOLUTION
Zipwhip uses ebooks to help educate their current and prospective clients. An ebook style guide was needed for art directors, designers, and copywriters to use as a design system. I defined: Voice, copy guidelines, graphs, and image styles. The result is a quicker and more consistent ebook creative outcome.
Zipwhip was interested in designing a new ebook to distribute to their prospective and current clients to present their product as a solution. The solution would address a survey that revealed anxiety around calls from unknown numbers. I worked with the team to create a campaign positively addressing this issue. A key component of the ebook helped explain this to clients. I created the layout, designed graphics, and collaborated on the illustrations to make a cohesive piece using the ebook style guide I previously created.
I also designed social media and print advertising to promote the ebook download.
