CHALLENGE & SOLUTION
I designed a benefits campaign and produced materials for the global beauty brand, Sephora.
My challenge was to create a unique campaign encouraging and informing Sephora employees about their employment benefits. The campaign flexes within the brand guidelines using only stock photography to convey the company value embracing individuality. I combined imagery representing the unique, real people look and feel of the brand.

BENEFITS OPEN ENROLLMENT PRINT GUIDE
The print guide was designed to notify and encourage benefits enrollment for Sephora employees.
I created the layout and chose and edited all the images. Working with the copywriter, we made all of the content fit into a beautiful print piece. Then, I prepped the files for print.

The online guide was designed for Sephora employees to access their benefits information and make enrollment easy.
REWARDS: SECONDARY BRANDING
Sephora Rewards uses a secondary set style guide composed of solid vector shapes, icons, and no photography. The poster created for in-office display contains complex benefits information employees can understand and compare at a glance.
